If you are feeling overwhelmed in your life or relationship, I am here to inspire hope and to help empower you to navigate life with calm confidence. It is normal to need support; sometimes help is required to understand why you are feeling stuck so that a perspective shift can take place, ultimately leading to a more meaningful life experience.
I help clients explore their behaviours so that they can optimize their life, prevent self-sabotage and step towards relationality. This process usually entails exploring the past so that clients can achieve a deeper understanding of why they are the way they are, making change feel possible. Through a deeper understanding of self, the architecture of change can be built, enabling the potential for personal and relational transformation.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (membership #18555) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) and have completed a Master degree in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. In addition, I have undertaken training in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Relational Life Therapy.
I look forward to being part of your journey.
